Twist off the top and fill the tube with clean water, then add 2–3 drops of dish soap.

No. It ships empty so nothing can leak on the way. Fill the tube with clean water at home (distilled water stays clear longest) and add 2–3 drops of dish soap so the jellyfish float freely.
With the included USB cable (USB-C on the lamp). Plug it into a USB wall adapter, a computer or a power bank. A wall adapter is not included.
About 15 inches (38 cm) tall and 5.1 inches (13 cm) wide, so it fits on a nightstand, desk or shelf.
It’s a popular night light for kids. Because it holds water and plugs in, place it on a stable surface where small children can’t knock it over.
Change the water every few weeks, or sooner if it turns cloudy. Unplug the lamp first and keep water away from the base and the USB port.
