The closed capsule is about 6.5 in tall and 3.1 in across — roughly a large water bottle. Each dispenser bottle is about 6.2 in tall, and the included clear zip bag measures 9.6 × 7.8 in.
The capsule itself is compact, but airline liquid rules apply to what you put in the bottles. For carry-on travel, check your airline's current limits before filling; in checked luggage there's no such restriction.
The pumps close securely and the rigid capsule stops them being pressed in a packed bag — that's what usually causes spills. Secure every closure and do a quick test with your products before the first trip; leak-free performance in every condition can't be guaranteed with every liquid.
Rinse with warm soapy water, pump some through the dispenser, rinse clear and let everything dry fully before refilling. Check the pumps and closures are snug before each trip.
